Shipping Details
Orders are shipped from Minnesota via UPS Ground or USPS, and usually ship within 2 business days from the time we receive your order. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has shipped. At this time we are unable to ship orders outside the US or to Alaska, Hawaii or PR.
Return Policy
Our orders are all carefully packed and inspected. Should you receive a damaged item during shipping or are missing any items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, returns or replacements will be issued other than for mis-ships or damage during shipping. Contact Us
Burning Instructions
Please respect the presence of fire while using your candles. To ensure the candle does not get too hot and to minimize soot and smoke, please keep your wick trimmed to 1/4”. Never burn a candle for more than 3 hours at a time and be aware that outside factors, such as drafts, fans, heat, and cold can affect the way a candle burns. Always use caution while burning your candle, keep away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
